  1. Vežbanje – u svakom danu je bitno da odvojiš pola sata minimalno za vežbanje. Šetnja je super stvar. Dovedi sebe u idealnu kondiciju. Telo će ti biti zahvalno.
  2. Jedi pametno. Hrana je gorivo za tvoj organizam.
  3. Mentalna stimulacija – čitaj, istražuj, nauči nešto novo, iznenadi se novim, korisnim informacijama.
  4. Duhovni i umetnički podsticaj – ako tokom celog dana mozgaš na poslu, bitno je da imaš hobi i suprotno. Hobi koji je povezan sa bilo kojim umetničkim, kreativnim i duhovnim zalaganjem. Uživaj dok stvaraš.
  5. Meditacija – vreme koje odvajaš za sebe. Ne moraš čak ni stvarno da meditiraš. Bitno je da budeš nasamo sa svojim mislima i da ih središ. Osećaćeš se odlično.
  6. Dnevnik – vodi lični dnevnik. Radi na sebi. Piši. Sve što zapišeš rasteretiće te. Sve što je lepo daće ti snagu kada budeš pročitao kasnije.
  7. Učini nekome uslugu – ne postoji razlog za dobra dela. Na ruci koja poklanja ružu, uvek ostane malo njenog mirisa.
