Danas se vežba da bi se izgledalo dobro. Retko ko razmišlja o prednostima svakodnevnog vežbanja. Mučite se, znojite se, pokušavate dan, dva i onda kažete

– ma nije to za mene

i kabooom! odustajanje!

Niko od vas ne očekuje da budete profesionalni sportista. Opustite se. Uživajte u vežbanju. 10 minuta je bolje nego 0 minuta. Stepenice su bolje od lifta.

 

1. Naše telo je napravljeno da se kreće a ne da sedi.

2. Zahvaljujući vežbanju od 30min dnevno, vaše telo, u stanju mirovanja (kada ne vežbate) troši duplo više kalorija. Bolje ćete variti i osećaćete se bolje u svakom smislu.

3. Šta god da vežbate, telo će vam biti zahvalno. Izaberite ono što je vama zabavno i uživajte.

4. Vežbanje sa osmehom je efektivnije.

5. Oslobodićete se stresa

6. Sprečićete iznenadne bolesti

7. Povećaćete samopouzdanje

8. Džabe se izgladnjujete, ako ne vežbate sve će se na vama odvisiti. Ljudi koji vežbaju imaju lepu kožu, elastičnu i čistu.

9. Vežbanje utiče i na rad mozga. Postajete pametniji kad god uradite jedan čučanj 🙂

10. Živećete duže. Fizički i psihički poboljšavate zdravstveno stanje vežbanjem.

Zato odmah odvojte bar 10 minuta za vežbanje + prošetajte do prodavnice, posla.. I nemojte da odustajete od vežbanja zato što niste skinuli 10kg nego 5! Prestanite da se opterećujete i uživajte u procesu.

Apsolutno istinito. I ja bih dodala, sto vise vremena provoditi na otvorenom, na Suncu, na cistom vazduhu :). Pozdrav!
