HAJDE DA UŽIVAMO U MARTU / LET’S HAVE FUN IN MARCH

Februar, iako najkraći mesec u godini uvek se nekako razvuče. Nekako se odgegao a sa njim i zima. Što je toplije to smo i mi raspoloženiji. Ako ste prespavali februar, mart je sigurno vreme da se probudite.

Evo šta je sve potrebno za martovsko uživanje 😉

1. Obradujte neku damu za 8.mart. Bilo čime. Da, pažnja je bitna.
2. Jedite malo više voća i povrća, priroda se polako budi. Iskoristite to.
3. Idite u šetnje, svaki dan. Da imaš vremena, pre posla, posle posla.
4. Kada nešto ne želite – recite NE.
5. Gde su vam novogodišnje odluke? Pronađite taj papir, precrtajte završeno i počnite nešto novo. Barem jednu stvar!

FEBRUAR TIP

6. Posetite neku manifestsciju ( na primer fest knjige )
7. Poklonite sebi nešto.
8. Mart je odlično vreme da odete negde za vikend. Ako ne onda je vreme da počnete da odvajate novac kako biste to mogli u aprilu 😉
9. Jedan dan u nedelji ugasite telefon, kompjuter, televizor. Zaboravite i na novine i uživajte u tišini uz dobru knjigu ili meditaciju.
10. Radite ono što volite i ne pristaje na manje. Vi to zaslužujete.
11. Naučite nešto novo.
12. Budi srećan 🙂

Although February is the shortest month in a year, somehow he looks like the longest. He’s gone, and winter is following him. Weather is better. Sun is wormer and we are happier 😉 If you slept over February, the March is the perfect time for waking up.

This is what you need to enjoy in March:

1. Put a smile on a face of some lady on 8th of March. Make her happy she deserves it. Be kind 🙂
2. Eat more vegetables and fruit. The nature is waking up, use it.
3. Go for a walk every day. Yes you have time, before work, after work…
4. When you don’t want something just say NO.
5. Where are your new years resolutions? Find it! Cross Ower what you achieved and start something new!

FEBRARY TIP

6. Go on some manifestation ( like book fest)
7. Give something to yourself.
8. In March is greate to go on city break for a weekend. If not, it’s time to start saving money to go in April, right?
9. One day in a week turn off the TV, cell phone, computer.. Forget about newspaper’s and enjoy the silence, read a book or meditate..
10. Do what you like to do. Don’t accept less. You deserve it!
11. Learn something new!
12. Be happy.
