Kuvanje jednom rukom :) Lava kolač / Cooking with one hand :) Molten chocolate cake – LAVA CAKE – VIDEO-

Sastojci:

  • 240g crne čokolade
  • 250g putera / margarina
  • 7 jaja
  • 240g brašna
  • 2 kašike kakaa
  • 2 vanilin šećera
  • 200g šećera

Na pari otopiti čokoladu i margarin. Penasto umutiti cela jaja, pa dodati šećer i vanilin šećer. Prohlađenu smesu od čokolade i margarina sipati lagano u umućena jaja sa šećerom. Mikerom mutiti najslabijom brzinom. Na kraju dodati kakao i brašno.

Sipati u kalup i peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 250 stepeni 8 do 10 minuta.

Kada se ispeku unutra treba da budu tečni, zato su moji svi probušeni, kao vulkan. Služite ih tople kako bi se čokoladna lava slivala po tanjiru 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 240g dark chocolate
  • 250g butter / margarine
  • 7 eggs
  • 240g flour
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 vanilla sugar
  • 200g sugar

In a double boiler melt the chocolate and butter. Foam whisk whole eggs, then add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Chilled mixture of chocolate and butter gently pour in the beaten eggs with sugar. Meeker rile with the lowest pace. Finally add the cocoa and flour.

Pour into pan and bake in pre-heated oven at 250 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

When they are baken in the middle should be liquid, so my cakes are all pierced, and they look like a volcano. Serve them hot to chocolate lava flowed on the plate 🙂
