Kuvanje jednom rukom :) MUSAKA OD SPANAĆA / VIDEO / Cooking with one hand :) SPINACH MOUSSAKA

Sastojci:

  • 300g mlevenog mesa (soje)
  • 400g spanaća
  • 3 veće šargarepe
  • 1 crni luk
  • 3 šolje pirinča
  • 4 jaja
  • malo ulja
  • malo mleka
  • malo soli, bibera po ukusu
  • jogurt / kiselo mleko ili pavlaka po ukusu

Zagrejati ulje pa dodati luk da se proprži. Zatim dodati meso. Kada meso bude pri kraju dodati začine. Dodati rendanu šargarepu. U međuvremenu staviti pirinač da se kuva.

Savršen pirinač

Skuvati spanać. Spanać ocediti. Sve pomešati i staviti u pleh da se zapeče na 200 stepeni oko 20 minuta. Umutiti jaja sa malo soli i dodati malo mleka. Preliti. Ostaviti da se zapeče.

Služiti uz jogurt, kiselo mleko ili pavlaku.

Ingredients:

  • 300g minced meat (soy)
  • 400g spinach
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cups of rice
  • 4 eggs
  • a little oil
  • some milk
  • a little salt, pepper according to taste
  • yogurt / buttermilk or sour cream according to taste

Heat the oil and add the onions to fry. Then add the meat. When meat is at the end add spices. Add the grated carrots. In the meantime, put the rice to cook.

Perfect rice

Cook spinach. Spinach drain. Mix all together and place in a baking pan to the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Whisk the eggs with a little salt and add a little milk. Pour the mixture. Allow to brown.

Serve with yogurt, sour milk or cream.
