Kao i sve, lakše je reći nego uraditi. Dobili ste odmor. Žurite da se spakujete. Jurite bus, avion. Jurite da sve obiđete i opet od vežbanja ništa. Dok se okrenete ponovo ste u na poslu i ponovo imate iste izgovore.

 

Kinezi kažu – PRAVO VREME JE BILO PRE 20 GODINA, DRUGO PRAVO VREME JE SAD

1. Zašto morate da vežbate?

2. Nije mit, nego je LAŽ da nemate vremena

I tu lažete samo sebe. Naučite da  UPRAVLJATE BOLJE SVOJIM VREMENOM!

 

3. Dobar trening možda treba da traje sat vremena, ali ako stvarno nemate vremena uvek možete da odradite vežbe 5 tibetanaca. Za to vam treba 15-20 minuta, a vi i dalje sedite pred kompjuterom?!

 

4. Nemate mesta u koferu za opremu i odeću za vežbanje?

Sigurno imate neku običnu majicu i šorts / helanke. Kakva oprema vam treba za plivanje ili trčanje/šetnju?

 

5. Meditacija

Ugasite motore mozga. Naučite da iščistite misli. Opustite se. Ne razmišljajte ni o čemu. Opustite se.

 

6. Imate još neki izgovor?

Javite se da ga razbijemo 🙂

 

U životu postoje dva osnovna izbora

1. Da prihvatiš situaciju kakva jeste.

2. Da preuzmeš odgovornost i da je promeniš.
