NE DOPUSTITE DA VAM PROLEĆE PROLETI / DON’T LET YOURSELF TO SPRING FLY AWAY FROM YOU

Proleće je divan period kada se sve budi iz zimskog sna. Budi se I ti. Vreme je da iskoristiš ovo proleće kao nikada pre. Kako? Pročitaj naše predloge, dodaj ih u svoj planer i pokreni se. Oseti se življim nego ikad.

1. VEŽBANJE

Kao i uvek na prvom mestu. Koliko nam energije odnese barem 3x više energije nam vrati. Možda smo dosadni, ali da, bitno je da se pokreneš.

2. URADI TO ODMAH

Progutaj najveću žabu prvo. Svaki dan ono što ti je najteže uradi ujutru. Kasnije sve što dođe neće biti tako teško 🙂

3. IDI NA IZLET

Sve je toplije i toplije. Priroda se budi. Spakuj ćebence i neku hranu i pravac na livadu. Sam ili sa nekim nije važno. Važno je da si napolju. Miriši prirodu, cveće i..

4. DIŠI

Diši duboko. Onesvesti se od kiseonika. UUUUUUUUDAH, IIIIIIIIIIZDAAAAAAH.

5. NAUČI NEŠTO NOVO

Na primer, posadi drvo.Isprobaj recept neke afričke kuhinje. Kreni na ples. Uči arapski.

6. IDI U BIOSKOP

Imaš celo proleće da nekog odvedeš u bioskop. Nikad ne znaš kakvu pouku film ima i šta tamo možeš da naučiš.

7. PEVAJ NA SAV GLAS

Odvrni muziku i pevaj. Da, sad odmah je pravo vreme za to. Ne čekaj da zatvoriš ovu stranicu ili da ugasiš kompjuter. Pravac na YouTube i peeeeeeeeeeevaj.

8. ČITAJ 

Izvedi knjigu u park. Zaboravi na ovaj svet i upusti se u neku avanturu.

9. POKLONI NEKOME NEŠTO

11. ZALJUBI SE

U nju, u njega… U knjigu, u cvet, u posao, u svoje remek delo.. Proleće je tako divno vreme za ljubav.

12. CILJ

Gde ti je onaj spisak koji si napravio oko Nove Godine? Gde si stao? Šta si počeo? Završi i ispuni sebi još neku životnu želju! SAD!

13. BUDI ZAHVALAN

Zašto? Zato što možeš ovo da pročitaš i dok ovo čitaš dišeš. Dovoljno je za početak 🙂

14. URADI NEŠTO NA ŠTA DUGO ČEKAŠ

Stvarno sad je pravo vreme. Možda ćeš jednog dana biti spremniji i pametniji ali možda tada bude kasno. Ne čekaj. Dan je dug 🙂

15. UGASITE TV

Nema ništa loše u tome da pogledate neku edukativnu ili zabavnu emisiju. Ali ne dozvolite sebi da proleće presedite ispred televizora. Ugasite lenjost sa televizorom i učinite nešto sa svojim životom. SAD!

1. EXERCISE

8. READ

Bring a book in the park. Forget this world and engage in an new adventure.

15. TURN OFF THE TV

There is nothing wrong if you watch an educational or entertaining show sometimes. Just do not allow yourself to sit through whole spring in front of the TV. Turn off the laziness with a TV and do something with your life. NOW!
