Kako da se preporodite za 3 dana

pisali smo o vikend odmoru koji bi mogao da vam posluži za

Resetovanje uma, tela i duha.

Kao i uvek dobili smo dosta komentara i zaključili smo da se ljudi više umore na odmoru nego što bi trebalo. Na kraju krajeva odlazak na samo par dana, čak i na jedan, može biti izuzetno naporan i stresan. Zbog toga, verovali ili ne, mnogi se boje da krenu bilo gde, a i kada krenu rezultat bude totalno suprotan od željenog.

Spremili smo za vas par saveta kako da okrenete situaciju u svoju korist.

1. DOGOVOR OKO DESTINACIJE

Ako putujete u društvu ili sa porodicom veoma je važno da se dogovorite o destinsciji. Otvoreno svi recite šta očekujete od odmora. Da li stvarno želite da se odmorite ili želite da podignete adrenalin? Jednostavno ne možete odvesti na rafting nekoga ko se boji vode. Nemojte dovoditi ni druge ni sebe u neprijatnu situaciju. To ne samo da vam može pokvariti odmor, nego i odnose posle tog vikenda. Razgovor i dogovor, kao u životu i ovde sve rešavaju.

2. PLAN

U svemu je dobro imati plan. Čim se odlučite za destinaciju vi imate CILJ.  Da biste do njega došli morate da imate plan koga ćete da se držite.

-Destinacija
-Cena I lokacija smeštaja
-Plan puta (čime, koliko to košta?)
-Šta želite da obiđete?

Uvek je jednostavnije planirati lokalno putovanje jer ne morate da razmišljate o vizi,  pravilima ponašanja, religijama i uopšte mentalitetu ljudi koje možete tamo da sretnete.  Mada morate uvek biti svesni da svako mesto ima svoju dušu i da se sve razlikuje.

3. RAZLIKE

Putovanje uvek nosi sa sobom upoznavanje nečeg novog. Morate biti otvorenog uma i spremni da prihvatite okolinu. Gde god da idete ne možete očekivati da se ljudi prilagođavaju vama. Oni žive svoje živote i da svi koji se bave turizmom trudiće se da vas ugoste na najbolji mogući način. Ali ne možete da očekujete da se oni promene. Dakle na primer ukoliko ste došli da probate specijalitet kuće – probajte. Nemojte tražiti izmene bez ovog, sa onim… (osim naravno ako niste alergični na nešto i sl). Dopustite sebi da iskočite iz kalupa i da probate nešto novo.

4. OPUŠTENO

Odmor nije za trke. Nije poenta odmora obici sve uličice i znamenitosti nekog grada, na primer. Vas može svašta da interesuje ali ne možete obići Rim za 3 dana. Kada pravite plan informiše se o popularnim mestima,  turističkim atrakcijama,  restoranima. … A onda selektujte – Šta stvarno želite da vidite? Na osnovu toga napravite plan. 

5. PROMENA PLANA

Ok, sve ste isplanirali,  krenuli ste, stigli ste, sve je išlo super a onda vas je nešto omelo. Ne pravite buku, to je odmor i da meditirate ceo dan u sobi nije loše. Možda vam to baš i treba?

6. Šta ako vam se ne svidi nešto?

Loša lokacija, gužva,  hrana koja vam se ne dopada, napadni prodavci suvenira…. da svašta može da vas sačeka kad odete tamo negde u nepoznato. Uvek imajte na umu da ste vi tu samo par dana. Tu ste da naučite nešto novo, da vidite nešto novo i da se odmorite. I to ništa ne može da promeni. Fokusirate se na to.

7. ZAHVALNOST

Uvek budite srećni i zahvalni što ste uspeli negde da odete. Ne tražite dlaku u jajetu nego uživajte u šetnji, prirodi i znamenitostima.

8. NE TRČITE

Odmor nikada ne bi trebalo da bude umor. Uvek odvojte vreme za blage vežbe, šetnju, relaksaciju i spavanje.

9. Isključite se

Zaboravite malo na tv, novine, internet, posao, mobilni, kompjuter. Razbistrite glavu na svežem vazduhu, sve ostalo će vas sačekati kad se vratite, ne brinite. Probajte da pre putovanja obavite sve obaveze koje imate kako biste što manje razmišljali o svemu.

10. SLIKE I DNEVNIK

Ne slikate slike zbog društvenih mreža. Ne morate odmah da okačite sliku na fejs ili instagram. Sve ima svoje vreme, a vi niste odvojili vreme da odete ne put kako biste svaki momenat proveli na internetu. Pišite za sebe dnevnik putovanja koji će vam zauvek ostati. Opišite mesta koja ste videli, osećanja i sve što ste naučili.

11. UŽIVAJTE U PUTOVANJU

Bez obzira da li idete negde  ili se vraćate kući.  Putovanja su nekad prekretnice a ne cilj (destinacija).

Ovaj tekst je namerno pisan tako da možete ove savete iskoristite i u drugim životnim situacijama. Putovanje je samo primer. Mada, život je jedno dugačko putovanje, jel da?

As always we got lots of comments and we got a clue that people lots of time came from a trip tiered and exausted. No one wants to come home from a holiday tiered. Short weekend trip can be stressful and extremely annoying. Because of that some of us don’t like to go anywhere. That’s sad, so we decided to give you a few tips how to get the best of your journey.

1. DEAL ABOUT DESTINATION

If you travel with a small group like friends and family it’s extremely important that everyone give some opinion. Say and ask others what they want from their vacation. You just can’t take someone who is afraid of highs to jump bungee. It could be really awkward and it’s not nesesery. Also it can destroy your relationship after the holliday. Simple talk can prevent this.

2. PLAN

Always is a good plan to have a plan. When you decide where are you want to go it’s time to make a plan how to achieve that goal. So you need

-Destination
-Price and location of accommodation
-Journey plan (vihacle, road plan, how much money you need)
-What you wanna vist

It’s always simplest to plan a local trip, so you don’t have to think about their money, visa, passport, religion, people you could meet. You always have to be aware that every place has its soul so it’s naturally different from your home.

3. DIFFERENCES

When you travel you meet something new. The best way to enjoy your trip is to be open minded. Wherewer you go you will meet new people so you can’t expect from them yo change. You are guest. Let them teach you. They will please you as much as they can. So if you come to a restaurant to try local food don’t change anything about ingredients (ofcourse if you’re alergic on something say it!). Pop up and try something new.

4. RELAX

You’re not going to the maraton. The point in a vacation to relax not to run through every single street. You can’t meet Rome in few days. Explore on Internet places, things and stuff you wanna see and try so do the best of yourself to do some of them. SELECT what you really want to see and try.

5. CHANGE OF PLAN

OK you have your plan. You’re on your journey but something happened like rain.. and boom plan is changed. Relax, it’s a holliday it’s not a big damage if you stay in a room a whole day and meditate. You need to relax not to run. Change the plan and enjoy it.

6. What if you don’t like something?

You don’t like location, local food, people who sell souvenirs are to loud… So what? You’re meeting new things. You’re here just a few days, and you need to use the best from the situation. You are here to learn something new, to relax and see and try new things. Do that. Focus on that and enjoy it!

7. GRATITUDE

Always be grateful and thankful because you went somewhere. Don’t search hair in an egg just enjoy the place you visited.

8. DON’T RUN

When you go on a vacation you’re going to relax not to run maraton. You just need to have time for lite exercise, walking, relaxation and sleeping.

9. SHUT DOWN

Forget about tv, newspapers, Internet, laptop, cellphone… Go out and be on fresh air, job and everything else will wait for you when you come home. Try to finish the most things from your to do list before you go on a holliday.

10. IMAGES AND DIARY

Don’t take a pictures just to post it on social networks. You don’t have to post every single picture every singe moment of your holliday. Everything has its time and place and you didn’t went on holiday to be on Internet. Write a trip diary for yourself, remember the best memories. It will lasts forever. Describe for yourself places, feelings and what you learned… Social network can disapear one day, but diary will lasts forever.

11. ENJOY YOUR JOURNEY

It doesn’t matter are you going home or you’re going to some new place. Sometimes journey can be a milestone, not destination.

This text is wroten whit purpose to use this tips in regular life, not just when you’re going on a holiday. It’s just an example. Life is a long lasting journey, right?
