  2. Pospremi. Sto, sobu, kuću. Haos oko tebe pospešuje haos u tvojoj glavi.
  3. Kafu i čaj nekad zameni sa nečim alkoholnim. Vino je najbolji izbor
  4. Šetaj. Barem pola sata dnevno. Vežbaj.
  5. Diši duboko. Udaaaaaaaaaaaahni, zadrži, izdaaaaaaahni i tako stalno
  6. Slušaj muziku. Lepu, finu muziku koja prija tvom biću. Daj šansu klasicima, iznenadićeš se!
  7. Napravi pauzu. Stani kad se umoriš. Nema potrebe da se forsiraš. Stićićeš.
  8. Spavaj. Lezi na vreme, ustani na vreme, odmori popodne pola sata i moćićeš da pomeriš svet.
  9. Čitaj. Pročitaj barem jedan stručan članak i jedan opuštajući. Čitaj neku knjigu, svaki dan. Pravu knjigu.
  10. Uči. Nauči nešto novo svaki dan.
