RESETOVANJE UMA, DUHA I TELA / RESET YOUR MIND, SOUL AND BODY

Kada pričamo o računarima, telefonima i sličnim uređajima reset znači završavanje svih početih procesa (pokrenutih aplikacija) i ispravljanje grešaka uz pomoć kratkog gašenja uređaja. Zatim se uređaj ponovo pokreće iz početka. Kada se uređaj resetuje podrazumeva se da bi trebalo da radi brže i bolje. Pojedine greške nestaju magijom. Nekad nam je dovoljan jedan reset da bismo rešili problem.

Organizam je takođe vrsta mašine kojoj je potreban reset.

Dešava se da se nađete u situaciji koja vam se čini  bezizlazna. Pravite greške na svakom koraku? Ujutru ne možete da ustanete na vreme? Umorni ste bez razloga? Usporeni ste? Svaki mogući virus vas zakači? I ono što ste nekada znali više ne znate?

Ako ste na nekoliko pitanja odgovorili sa DA postoji velika verovatnoća da vam je potreban restart.
Kada se to prevede na naš jezik to znači da stanete. Jednostavno morate da stanete dok vam se ne dogodi nešto još gore.

Mašina koja radi mesecima non stop ima više šansi da se pokvari u odnosu na istu mašinu koja se gasi s vremena na vreme.

Možda sada mislite da MORATE sve da stignete da obavite u što kraćem vremenskom periodu i da je vreme kada treba da stanete godišnji odmor. Da godišnji odmor je odličan način da se resetujete. Ali se on dešava jednom godišnje vreme je da pronađete alternativu.

Morate sebi da date slobodno. Oslobodite se misli, akcija, posla, rada, čitanja, telefona… Sve što inače radite zaboravite na jedan dan. I nemojte da mislite o tome. Kako?

Dan za restart (najbolji dan je nedelja):

Kada ustanete ujutru ne trčite nigde. Sedite na krevet. Zahvalite se što ste dočekali ovaj divan dan. Udahnite duboko. Skuvajte kafu ili čaj i popijte je bez televizora, novina i sl. Doručkujte nešto lagano, ne opterećujte se hranom. Jedan dan na voću i povrću nikog nije ubio, pa neće ni vas ni vaše ukućane. Poigrajte se  sa decom ili porszgovarajte sa partnerom o muzici, slikanju, životinjama. Nađite temu koja vas opušta. Odvedite porodicu na izlet. Prošetajte psa. Radite lagane vežbe umesto popodnevne kafe. Ako možete preskočite večeru. Opustite se u kadi uz morsku so, mirise sveća i opuštajuću muziku. Meditirajte pred spavanje. Ranije lezite i odmorite se.

SAMO JEDAN DAN U MESECU POSVETITE SEBI i gledajte kako postajete bolja, raspoloženja i zdravija osoba. Resetujete se.

When it’s about PC, Mac, iPhone, smartphone, tablet, GPS or similar technology products RESTART means closing every opened application and fixing problems when shutting down device for a few seconds. Then the device is starting again from the beginning. When you reset device it should work faster and better. Some mistakes and errors disapear like magic. Sometimes restart fix all problems we have.

Organism is some kind of machine, device which often needs restart.

Sometimes it happens that you are in some situation and you don’t see exit. Making a mistakes on every step you take? In the morning you can’t get up on time? You’re tiered all the time without good reason? You’re slow? You get flue often? What you knew in past you don’t know now?

If you answered on several questions with YES there is a big posibilitie that you just need to restart. To say in simple language – you need to stop every activities you do for a day. You just need to do that to prevent something worse to happen.

Device which work a month non stop has much more chances to broke faster than a device which is shutting down every day.

Maybe now you think that you have to finish everything fast and now because the rest is reserved for a holiday. Yes holiday is great way to reset yourself, but the problem is when you have jus one holiday of 10 days in whole year. You need to find other way to reset then.

You need to give yourself a day off. Relise yourself from any action, toughs, work, job, stress, phone… For one day stop doing everything you do on regular day. How?

A DAY FOR RESTART (Sunday is the best)

When you get up in the morning don’t rush. Slow down and be grateful for this beautiful day. Take a deep breath. Make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the silence without tv or newspaper or phone. Eat something lite. One day on fruit and vegetables didn’t kill anyone. Play with your pet or kids. Talk with your family about relaxing themes like music, art ect. Take your family to a trip, or just go to a nearest park or river. Walk with a pet. Do lite exercise instead drinking coffee in the afternoon. If you can skip dinner. Relax yourself in bathtub with sea salt, music and candle smells. Meditate before you go to sleep. Go to bed early. Refresh yoursel.

GIVE JUST ONE DAY IN A MONTH TO YOURSELF, and watch out how your body is feeling fresh, healthy, how much energy you will have after that. Try it. Restart yourself.
