ŠTA SU NAS POGREŠNO NAUČILI U DETINJSTVU / WHAT WE LEARNED IN CHILDHOOD THAT’S WRONG?

Na razvoj svakog čoveka, manje ili više, utiče okruženje. Roditelji, prijatelji, okolina sa kojom se srećemo svaki dan pružaju nam mogućnost da stalno učimo nešto novo.
Ipak postoje načela kojih se mnogi drže, a ona su toliko pogrešna da mnogim ljudima blokiraju ceo život. Mnoge frustrira da iskoče iz šablona i da urade nešto na drugačiji način samo zato što TO DRUGI NE RADE TAKO. Pa ko je propisao da je to ispravno?

1. LIČNI DNEVNIK VODE SAMO DEVOJČICE, on je roze boje, pun šljokica i maštanja o dečacima i novim haljinicama.
GREŠKA! Ne postoji čovek koji je uspeo da svoje zamisli sprovede u delo a da nije vodio računa o svojim mislima.
U svoj lični dnevnik opisujem protekli dan. Pišem o svojim ciljevima. Razradjujem planove. Razgovaram sama sa sobom. Pišem dnevne troškove. Pišem o fizičkim aktivnostima. Osećanjima. Zahvaljujem se. Opisujem knjige koje sam pročitala i nove stvari koje sa  naučila. I znate koliko mi vremena oduzme? 15 minuta dnevno. Da samo toliko.

2. AKO NE ŽURIŠ NIGDE NEĆEŠ STIĆI i ODRADI ŠTO VIŠE STVARI ODMAH!
Što se mene tiče, vodim se onom – Ako ne znaš kuda ideš, možeš da juriš brzinom svetlosti, svaki put će te odvesti na isto mesto. Iz tog razloga se vodi dnevnik – da središ misli, poređaš prioritete i ubiješ vremenske vampire jednom zauvek. Nema potrebe da juriš sve ima svoj slobodan tok, samo nauči da ga pratiš.

3. AKO SE NE IZMUČIŠ DOVOLJNO DA PADNEŠ U KREVET KAO DA NIŠTA NISI NI RADIO.  Ili po naški – bez muke nema nauke.
Svaki problem ima bar 2 rešenja, bar.
Kada je škola u pitanju, imaš ispite u januaru. Za njih znaš još u oktobru. Čiji je izbor da čekaš da prodje Nova Godina pa da počneš da ih spremaš ili možeš da izabereš da čitaš stranicu po stranicu od oktobra? Sve može biti jednostavno. Sve i jeste jednostavno.

4. JEDI DA IMAŠ SNAGU. Debelo dete zdravo dete.
Pa ne baš. Bitno je šta se jede. Ne samo šta nego i koliko i kada. Ne možete očekivati da ćete biti fit, srećni i puni energije ako jednom dnevno unesete u sebe ogromnu količinu hrane jer „niste stigli“. Jednom mi se desilo da sam zaboravila da sipam gorivo. Naravno da nisam mogla da očekujem da me auto preveze hiljadu kilometara jer se seća da je nekad rezervoar bio pun. Elem, kada sam stigla na benzinsku pumpu sipano je pogrešno gorivo, što je prouzrokovalo haos u motoru. Bilo je dima na sve strane, haos. Isto je tako i sa telom. Ako ga hranite onim što mu ne odgovara jednog dana će samo od sebe trokirati. A to ne želite zar ne?

5. UVEK BUDI U GUŽVI. Nemoj da gubiš vreme. Radi ovo, radi ono.
Iskreno da vam kažem pola sata dnevno odvojim da ne radim ništa. Svaki dan bez izuzetka. Upalim sveće i resetujem  se. Korist je ogromna. Od odmora, preko relaksacije do novih ideja koje ne mogu da sinu od silne gužve koja je svakodnevno oko nas. Nađite vreme za vreme mira.

6. PONAŠAJ SE ONAKO KAKO TO OKOLINA OČEKUJE. Idi u vrtić, školu, na faks ili zanat. Zaposli se. Napravi dete. Idi u penziju. Zar stvarno mislite da je to svrha života? To se podrazumeva, osim toga trebalo bi uraditi nešto veliko!

Is it environments fault how people act? Parents, friends, and the other people we meet every day gave us a chance to learn something new all the time. Although there are rules wich we learned in our young age, there is no evidence that they are the best for us. Sometimes those rules blocking us to take the best od life. Some of us are frustrated only with a toughts that we could step out and do something different only because other people don’t do that on that way. Well, tell me, who said that’s right?

1. PERSONAL DIARY IS JUST FOR GIRLS, it’s pink book, with glitter and color, fulfilled with dreaming about boys and new dresses. That’s so wrong. Everybody who live their own dream take kare about their toughts and feelings. In my very own personal diary I write about my day. I write about goals and making plans. I talk with myself there. I’m writing down expenses. Writing about physical activity. Emotions. I’m grateful. I’m taking notes about books I read and new things I learned. And can you guess how much time I need for this daily? 15 minutes only!

2. IF YOU’RE NOT RUSHING YOU WILL NEVER MAKE YOUR WISH COME TRUE. IT’S IMPORTANT TO DO A LOT OF THINGS NOW.
My rule is – If you don’t know where you’re going, you can rushing on speed of light, every path you chose will take you to the saim place. That’s the reason why you should start writing the diary – to clean up a mess with your toughs, choose your priorities and kill time vampires once for all. There is no need for rushing. Everything has its own flow, you just need to learn how to follow it.

3. IF IT’S NOT HARD ENOUGH IT’S NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Every time you have one problem, there are at least two solutions to solve it. When we talk about studies, for example you know that you have exams in January since October. You realise it’s only yours choice either you’ll start studing page by page in October or you’ll wait till New Year to start it? Everything can be simple. Everything it is simplest than you think.

4. YOU MUST EAT A LOT TO HAVE STRENGTH. Fat child is a healthy  child. Is it? Not exactly. It’s important what are you eating and when. You can’t expect to be fit, healthy and full of energy if you eat one extra larger meal a day. I forgot one day to full my car with a fuel, and I couldn’t expect that it will start the motor because he remember that he was full in the past. So I came to the gas station to buy some fuel. For me it was not important wich one. For car it was important. The smoke came out from nowhere and the car needed to go to the mechanist. Sad but true. You can’t fill body with junk food, one day it will wake up broken, and you will be sad because you didn’t think about that on time.

5. DON’T LOSE YOUR TIME. You always need to have a lot of jobs to do. Don’t stop! Do this, do that…
I need to tell you, honestly I have my time in a day. My very own time. Let’s be honest it takes me 30 minutes a day. I Light some candles and enjoy doing nothing. Reset. You can’t expect that ideas, motivation, entusiasam, peace come while you are surrounded by noise all day. You should have your peaceful time every day.

6. YOU NEED TO ACT HOW OTHER EXPECT. Go to kindergarten, squl, college, get a job, get married, have a baby, go to retirement. Do you really think that is the only thing in your life that matters? That need to be standard, something that’s normal. You need to do something more, something unike, something big.
