A onda…

Prišli smo ogradi i pogledali dole.
Sišli smo dole do same reke i videli rukom ispisanu tablu: Turkish Coffe. Brčkali smo noge i uživali.

Prelepo iskustvo!

Dim river

Body and soul restart

This fantastic river is in the vicinity of Alanya (Dim Valley). You can easily arrive with public transport (only 20 minutes from the center). Why this place deserves special post?

Wellhead morning in Alanya. It’s been 15th day since we got here, and mostly we visited everything we were interested to. There still remains a 8 days to the end of our vacation, so we decided to go to see this river. We did not expect much but, frankly, we didn’t even try to find some info before trip. We took public transportation. Curvature, serpetine, left, right, urban Alanya stayed behind us. What we were surrounded did not leave any WOW impression. We decided to go out random .. And then …

We came to the fence and looked down. For a while we just kept quiet. No, not because the scene wich has take away power of speech. It was our will because we did not want to disrupt the peace, and serenity around us. Yes. It was quiet, we heard only the river and the felt the smell of forest. What a relief. After 15 days with lots of crowds, traffic, loud music and louder sellers, this was exactly what we needed.

We went down to the bottom of the river and saw the handwritten sign: Turkish Coffee. Great. The waiter took us to the floating seat. So the waiter pulled ashore booth that was in the center of the river, we jumped in, and he let us go. We were in the middle of the cold river, rocked on the waves and drinking Turkish coffee Coffee is something special for us, one of the greatest love (after the trip, of course), our vacation was complete. That coffe was something awesome.

Then we walked upstream. We saw that nearby restaurants offer to visitors to catch the fish, and than they can serve and prepare it for you in the restaurant. We stayed a few hours and return to the path. We did not see the bus station, but some people explained to us to raise our hands if we see the bus and that he would stop. And that how it was. Hands up. Bus stops. And a half hour later we were on hot blue beach again.

We went back into the crowd and the noise, but we take that part of that peace with us.

Beautiful experience!
