Da li je Sunce vaš prijatelj ili neprijatelj? Koja je najbolja zaštita od Sunca?
Internet je super stvar. Možeš svašta da naučiš i istražiš, ali i da objaviš. Tako da sve što vidite online treba uzeti sa rezervom. Isto je tako i u životu.
U poslednje vreme, kada je Sunce u pitanju ljudi su podeljeni. Jedni smatraju da ih jedino kreme mogu zaštiti od opasnog sunčevog zračenja, dok drugi smatraju da iste te kreme izazivaju rak kože. Jedni su se potrudili da naprave kremu za sunčanje na prirodnoj bazi, a drugi smatraju da ta krema privlači loše sunčevo zračenje.
Malo smo istražili sve ovo jer se i mi kao i svi vi izlažemo Suncu. Svima nama je u interesu isto – a to je da ostanemo zdravi.
Zaštita od Sunca – Šta smo otkrili?

– Između 11h i 17h sklonite se od sunčevih zraka, kada je leto i kada temperature idu preko 30 stepeni.
Kada je Sunce neprijatelj?

Šta možemo naučiti od predaka?
Kad je Sunce najjače sklonite se u hladovinu. Ako baš morate da se izlažete Suncu kad najviše peče stavite kapu na glavu i pokrite telo. Ako se pridržavate ovih jednostavnih koraka izbećićete preterano korišćenje preparata za sunčanje a Sunce će delotvorno delovati na vašu kožu, um i duh. Načinite prvi korak, budite pametni i sprijateljite se sa Suncem.
